On the 52nd floor of a brand new midtown condo, the ‘classic six’ configuration of the condo was too traditional for this retiree. The client asked for a contemporary loft with maximum openness and flow. The result was an expansive two bedroom, open kitchen apartment with a sprawling two-bathroom, master suite boudoir and dressing room.1
